The approach of the fully integrated email productivity solution
Just as a quick recap, IQTell is the only fully-integrated platform providing a powerful email client along with task and project management capabilities. Since most business correspondence is based on email, the essence of managing email, tasks, and projects all under a “single roof” is essential for ensuring optimal outcome.
IQTell – The new web app
Over the past year-and-a-half, our team has engaged in the complete redesign of our web app. The emphasis has been on offering our customers a state-of-the-art user interface along with the most advanced overall functionality.
After almost six months in Beta, involving many of our users, we are proud to announce: Mission accomplished! Our new web app will be launched on April 10th.
Our web app has been redesigned from scratch. We made the new web app look modern, pleasing the eye and quite importantly, simple and intuitive. Emphasis was also given on performance – speeding things up. For instance, the appearance of new email and updated data all now happen in near real-time.
Quite importantly, along with the new web app, we implemented powerful features for effective email handling. These are ‘must-have’ capabilities required by every business, including:
- Ability to schedule when email will be sent
- Snoozed Email
- Pinned Email
- Email Follow-up: Alert me if no reply!
- Resend email
Our subscription plans
With the launch of the new web app, we will also be introducing two new subscription plans. The complete list of IQTell subscriptions is listed as follows:
- Basic (new plan) – $2.95 monthly or $30 annually – Provides all the essential task and project management capabilities along with Evernote integration as well as the IQTell email gateway,
- Premium (existing plan) –$7.95 monthly or $70 annually – Includes the Basic subscription plus a fully-integrated email client along with calendars and contact sync and management. Up to three (3) email accounts.
- Business (new plan) – $9.95 monthly or $96 annually – Includes the Premium subscription plus the powerful new email features mentioned above.
- Platinum (existing plan) – $15.95 monthly or $160 annually – Includes the Business subscription with up to 15 email accounts.
The launch of the new web app
The new web app will launch on April 10, 2017. This will be a seamless transition for all existing IQTell users. That is, existing users will continue using their IQTell account exactly how they were just prior to the launch. Existing IQTell users will also be able to continue using the existing web app if they would like to do so.
The redesign of our new web app and its implementation has been a long and resourceful project. All along, we kept the IQTell community involved and solicited for feedback. The past six months have been most exciting having many of our users involved in the beta.
