My banks have all been going green recently. They send statements and notifications to me electronically instead of on paper. I’m a major fan of going digital, but this creates a challenge when I try to organize my statements. With the old paper statements from my banks, I had a filing system: I’d sort the documents by account and date so I could find them if needed. I’d never just dump them in a box called “banks”, but this is exactly what I am forced to do with my Yahoo Mail account. This has been a source of frustration with my Yahoo Mail for years but and I never wanted to go through the hassle of changing my email address.
Now, I use IQTELL. I can easily sort my emails into subfolders. Getting to my January 2010 Bank of America statement is a breeze. And I didn’t have to change my email address. Same Yahoo Mail address, just better organized!
