Fees

IQTELL (“the Service”) is billed automatically on a periodic basis, monthly or annually, as per your chosen subscription plan. These billing cycles have been created to fit your needs. Both the monthly and annual fees are renewed automatically. Our pricing may change in the future. The periodic charge will reflect the then current price (of either the monthly or annual renewal).

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:
1. Using the main dropdown area at the top-right of the web app, go to “My Subscription”.
2. There, click on the “Cancel my subscription” link at the bottom of that screen.
Cancellation of an annual subscription is subject to our refund policy described as follows.

Refunds

If you are paying for the Service on a monthly basis, you may terminate your subscription and you will not be charged for the following month. There are no refunds for monthly plans.

If you are paying for the Service on an annual basis, you may cancel your subscription and receive a refund for any unused whole months as described below. A cancellation request can be initiated at any time directly in your web account.

A pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the number of used months and the monthly (vs. annual) rate for the terminated plan.

Example:
If you paid $70 for an annual Premium Plan on April 28, 2015 and cancel the subscription on June 5, 2015, the subscription shall be considered in use for two months. The aggregated fee in this case would be $15.90 ($7.95 for each of these two months) – the refund in this case would be $54.10

If you paid $70 for an annual Premium Plan and cancel the subscription during the 8th month, the subscription shall be considered in use for eight months. The aggregated fee in this case would be $63.60 ($7.95 for eight months) – the refund in this case would be $6.40.

Notes:
Refunds are available only if payment was done through the IQTELL web app. Refunds are not available if purchase was made through the App Store, Google Play or Amazon.

IQTELL reserves the right to change the refund policy at any time. IQTELL will notify users of any material change to the refund policy.

Upgrading Accounts

You may upgrade at any time and if you do, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the new plan, meaning, you will be charged a full price of the new payment plan subtracted by the unused credit from your previous plan.
