Productivity App Hacks – Tags and Productivity Badges

Productivity App Hacks Tags and Productivity Badges

We just did a mini-release this past weekend.  We have a few cool additions to help you become more productive with our Productivity App.  There were also a few fixes and other improvements; thank you again for sharing your input with us.

Tagging in List View

Many users asked for the ability to add tags to items while in list view.  We implemented this feature but also gave you the ability to apply tags to more than one item at once, a.k.a. Batch Edit for Tags.

If you use Tags, then you’ll see a new button in the List View toolbar – Tags.  You can select one or more entries and tag them; you can also create Tags on the fly.

Productivity Badges

Many of you wanted us to add an indicator that could incentivize you to stay productive!  You got it — your new IQTELL Productivity badge is here and it’s dynamic.  Each week you can move up (or down) in productivity.  This is our first iteration; more will be added later.  As always, if you have suggestions, email us.  You’ll see it on the top right corner of your Workspace.

Would be interesting to see a histogram on the badges of all IQTELL users, so I can find out if I’m average, below or above. :-)

    Its nice features.
Could you add preset by default features to Task?
For example I always add how long time the task takes and what due date.

Is it possible do once? Better to each context if it could be done.
For real business management it is strong issue to add each new task these fields.

    Best regards,

Once we launch, we hope to expand the badge idea and will be open to ideas; we’ve already snatched a few.

Re: Discus…your call. We are not associated with them.;-)

    Hi Haim,

Both my partner and I use IQTELL. We were wondering if there’s a list of the badges. We know about the >100, 250, 500, 1000. I think I may have even cracked a 2000 badge once.
